Innovus has completed its first Dynamics 365 project, a stakeholder management solution for the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction.  Our team is now fully trained and certified for Dynamics 365 deployments.

Innovus announces official launch of Dynamics GP Practice

Innovus is happy to announce the successful launch of a new practice in Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains), Microsoft’s world-class accounting/ERP software for small and medium enterprise and not-for-profits.  With the signing of our third major contract for GP and completion of two other GP projects we are officially now adding Dynamics GP to our already robust Dynamics CRM Practice.  We have fully staffed this practice with Ottawa and Toronto based resources with a cumulative total of over 30 years’ experience with Dynamics GP and a wide range of skills and expertise including: requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, deployment, customization, integration, training and support.  With the superb integrations that already exist between Dynamics CRM and GP we believe this will help us to become more of a full service partner for our clients.

Innovus attended the AGM of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce to showcase its Membership Management solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  Interest was high with over 25 Chambers from across Canada expressing interest in the Innovus solution.  Innovus is proud to be supporting the Canadian Chamber of Commerce by attending and exhibiting at the AGM.

Innovus awarded contract by Automotive Industries Association of Canada – Innovus has been selected as the successful vendor to provide AIA with a comprehensive membership management system which will help automate and streamline the majority of the organization’s core business processes.  “This award speaks to the position of Innovus as a nationally leading key strategic consulting partner in the not-for-profit sector and specifically for membership-based organizations,” said Lex Burger, President.

AIA is a national trade association representing the automotive aftermarket industry in Canada. The aftermarket is a $18.49 billion industry that employs more than 420,200 people.  AIA’s mandate is to promote, educate and represent members in all areas that impact the growth and prosperity of the industry.

Innovus is awarded key contract with Canadian Chamber of Commerce – Innovus is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to deploy an xRM relationship Management solution for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.  The solution will feature public-facing web-based components for membership self-service as well as a robust internal tool for managing stakeholder relations.  As Canada’s largest and most influential business association, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce is the primary and vital connection between business and the federal government. It continually demonstrates impact on public policy and decision-making to the benefit of businesses, communities and families across Canada.  Innovus is excited to be working with the Chamber on this important initiative.

Health sector update – Innovus recently concluded a CRM assessment for the North West Local Health Integration Network in Thunder Bay.  This builds on our health sector experience adding to our ongoing project with the City of Ottawa’s Public Health Unit deploying an on-line appointment booking system for citizens for flu clinics.  The system was built using Dynamics CRM and an appointment booking extension created by another Microsoft Partner, ITworx.
