Founder of Innovus and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Lex has over ten years of senior management experience in large corporate environments including most recently as the Sr. Vice President responsible for a Professional Services Division across Canada.  In just over seven years, he and his team grew this division from zero to over $22 million in services across the country, managing sales and delivery as well as developing and executing growth strategies.  He has over 16 years of experience in managing consulting and services organizations providing advice and solutions to business and government in Canada and around the world. He had led three successful large startups in the consulting sector.  Throughout these mandates he has drawn on his expertise both as a management consultant and a business manager to manage people, develop executable strategies and work collaboratively to overcome systemic obstacles within and deliver success.  He has served on a number of boards and acted as business strategy advisor to High Tech firms.  

Nick Doelman, Microsoft CRM Specialist
Nick Doelman is a business solution consultant with 14 years information technology experience including 10 years working with Microsoft Business Solution products.  Nick has experience with business software implementation, database administration, software development and network management.  He also has proven skills in project management, documentation, business requirements gathering and system design.  Over the last 3 years, Nick’s primary focus has been promoting, implementing and supporting Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  He has worked with the application since version 1.0 beta and is currently working on implementations and upgrades of version 3.0.

Over his 30 years of experience in information technology Henry has been both a senior executive for Alcatel/Newbridge and an entrepreneur and founder of a successful software company, a Web 2 services firm and a microelectronics manufacturer. Henry is engaged extensively to advise and support businesses, governments, learning and health care organizations in realizing the business value of technology.   He is the developer of the Benefit-Potential methodology for helping organizations better align their service offerings with the outcomes expected of their customers and has advised and engaged with over 100 companies of all sizes in 30 countries.

Ian is recognized for his proficiency in problem solving, simplifying complex systems, providing insight into technical architecture, and project system lifecycles and management.  He has excellent .Net development skills, SQL Server technical and database design skills, and over 15 years of Microsoft web and traditional development experience.  He has most recently been involved in integrating .Net applications within MS CRM and supporting MS CRM customizations for his client.
